accordance with this policy.
Third-Party AI Data Sharing Summary
In compliance with App Store Guidelines 5.1.1(i) and 5.1.2(i),
we disclose the following about how your personal data is shared with a
third-party AI service:
-
What data is sent: The facial photo you upload when
using the scan feature, along with a structured text prompt requesting
facial analysis. No name, email, or device identifiers are included in
this transmission.
-
Who it is sent to: Google LLC, via the Google Gemini
API. Google's registered address is 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway,
Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
-
Why it is sent: To perform AI-powered facial feature
analysis and generate your personalized scores and improvement
suggestions.
-
How it is protected: The transmission is encrypted
using TLS 1.3. Google LLC processes data under the
Gemini API Terms of Service
and
Google Privacy Policy,
which provide protections equivalent to or greater than those in this
policy.
-
User permission: The app displays a consent prompt
before your first scan, explaining that your photo will be sent to
Google Gemini for analysis. You must accept to proceed. You may
withdraw consent at any time by stopping use of the scan feature.

Face Data Usage
Our app collects facial images provided by the user solely for the
purpose of generating AI-based appearance analysis, ratings, and
improvement suggestions.
-
Data Collected: Facial images uploaded by the user
-
Purpose: To analyze facial features and generate
AI-based results
-
Storage: Images are not permanently stored on our
servers. They are processed temporarily and deleted after analysis.
-
Third-Party Sharing: To perform facial analysis, your
photo is securely transmitted to Google LLC via the
Google Gemini API strictly for AI processing purposes.
Google processes your image solely to return analysis results and does
not retain your photo or use it to train its models beyond the scope of
this service. Google's data handling is governed by the
Google Privacy Policy
and the
Gemini API Additional Terms of Service,
which provide protections equivalent to or greater than those described
in this policy. By using the scan feature, you consent to your
photo being transmitted to Google LLC for this purpose.

AI Processing
How AI Uses Your Content: When you perform a scan:
-
Your photo is securely transmitted over an encrypted connection to
Google LLC via the Google Gemini API
for facial analysis
-
What data is sent: The facial photo you upload,
along with a text prompt instructing the model to analyze facial
features. No other personal identifiers are included in this request.
-
Who receives the data: Google LLC (Gemini API).
No other third party receives your photo.
-
The AI generates feature scores and a personalized routine based on
your results, which are then returned to your device
-
Google does not retain your photo after returning the analysis results,
per the Gemini API Terms of Service
-
We do not use your photos to train models that recognize you
specifically in other contexts
-
All AI processing is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3
-
Your consent: By tapping "Scan" in the app, you
explicitly consent to your photo being sent to Google LLC for
AI-based facial analysis as described above
